Nienstadt happenings....

 The girls did a Thanksgiving report for our homeschool group.

 A friend from church put on a play (the church let us use the building)- it was just a group of friends.

 Hannah was Clarice- the girl reindeer.

Hark!  We went to a Baptist church Christmas show- the girls and I have gone for several years in a row (Ryan is usually doing his Men of Note program).  I just so enjoy listening to the Christmas songs, and they have an orchestra- I have this grin through almost the whole show!

Hannah and Spotlight show

Hannah had a role in the beginning as the announcer for the "App Factory" winners.  She did well:)

During Spotlight camp week- one day was an American Day theme.

Lost Pines - Cedar Creek

A BLESSED time together! Slept hard, played hard, relaxed, ate, and played some more!

They asked us where we'd like to stay; we mentioned tennis courts and were delighted to be assigned a first-floor patio room with the pond, tennis courts and fitness center just outside our room. The lazy river and Colorado River dock were just a short walk away (and free laundry just down the hall - necessary after the tennis and fishing :))

 GAME TIME!

We ate at several different restaurants (five or so to choose from including a general store and a place to order by the pool). The last evening we splurged on a nice dining room meal and played spades while we waited for our food and after. We had such a wonderful time!
